Job description

This position is great for someone who already works regular United States business hours at their desk and would like to earn extra money. Seeking an occasional virtual assistant to help with online customers for the site www.RealtySagePros.com when a home buyer or seller submits our contact form to connect to real estate agents. Sometimes we will have multiple customers in one day and other... times none for a few days more.

Overview of job:

Review contact form to ensure that they are complete and appropriate

After review, send automated email alerts to real estate agents

Send welcome texts via Google Voice to customers

Send notification texts to agents (just copy and paste scripts into Google Voice).

Sometimes reply via text or email to agents or customer

Potentially a few other minor related tasks
