Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chat requests from American Express cardholders, addressing their questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Provide Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about American Express products and services, including card benefits, account management, payment options, and more.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues such as billing disputes, fraudulent charges, and account discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer profiles and transaction histories in our CRM system.
• Promote and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services based on customer needs, while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
