Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Remote)
Location: Mountain View County (ideally)
Hours: 8-15 hours per week (Contract Position - not payroll, must be invoiced)
Compensation: $20-40/hour depending on experience
Description:
Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative self-starter to join my team as a part-time personal remote assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is very organized, is proficient using and implementing systems and processes, thrives working from home, is proficient in using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook and is proactive. Strong admin skills and CANVA experience an asset. CRM and real estate experience are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
● Handle administrative tasks, uploading contracts, FINTRAC
● Manage and update social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
● Support with CRM data entry and management
● Contract/form preparation support & data entry
● Simple graphic design tasks ( CANVA)
● Occasionally manage and organize events
Requirements:
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Creative and self-motivated
● Ability to work independently from home
●Good with systems and processes
● Proficient in multiple social media platforms
● Quickbooks Experience an asset
● Local to Mountain View County area ideal
● Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle
Preferred (but not required):
● CRM experience
● Real estate experience (not currently an active real estate agent)
● Graphic Design experience
● Bookkeeping Experience
